Uncouple the airspace heater, agitator, temperature probes, sanitary caps, agitator paddle, gaskets and clamps from pasteurization lid.

Remove pasteurization lid from vat pasteurizer.

Remove all visible debris and place in garbage bin.

Agitator paddle - scrub well to dissolve calcium buildup, and then sterilize with sterasheen

Rinse by fully submerging agitator paddle, pump hose, gaskets, clamps, sanitary caps, and holding pins in the center compartment of 3-compartment sink filled with warm water.
